Our Story
From a small scrap-metal yard to a 15-acre retail and wholesale campus, our history is built on hard work and community support.
The Beginning
Founded by the Cleaver family as a small livestock and scrap-metal operation in Chanute, Kansas.
What We Do Today
Today, our 15-acre campus includes a 20,000 sq. ft. retail showroom and office space, plus 45,000 sq. ft. of covered storage. We serve homeowners, farmers, ranchers, contractors, and public agencies across southeast Kansas.

Cleaver Farm & Home is a privately held, family-owned company currently led by third-generation co-owners Chris Cleaver and Jason Cleaver. With a dedicated team of over 50 employees across retail, wholesale, design, and logistics, we pride ourselves on delivering hometown service with big-box capabilities.
