At Cleaver Farm & Home, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn't work out, we're here to help.
Standard Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unused, and saleable condition, and returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on the following:
- Special order or non-stock items
- Any item that has been used, damaged, or altered
- Clearance or final sale items (as marked)
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective product or something is damaged upon arrival, please contact us right away. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item according to manufacturer guidelines.
How to Make a Return
Returns can be made in person at our store during regular business hours. Please bring:
- The item(s) you're returning
- The original receipt or invoice
- Any original packaging if applicable
